With cost-plus pricing, you see our actual costs for materials, labor, and subcontractors, then we add a transparent 15% fee. That's it. No hidden markups. No inflated "allowances." Just honest numbers.
You See Every Invoice. We share receipts, invoices, and labor costs as the project progresses. You always know exactly where your money is going.
