Outdoor Living Done Right
A well-built deck or porch isn't just extra square footage. It's where you'll have morning coffee, grill for friends, and watch your kids play. We build outdoor spaces that last for decades and fit how you actually live.
What We Build
Decks: Pressure-treated, cedar, composite, or exotic hardwoods. Ground level or elevated. Simple rectangles or multi-level designs with built-in seating and planters.
Covered Porches: Front porches, back porches, wraparound porches. Tied into your existing roofline so it looks original to the house.
Screened Porches: Enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. Perfect for Georgia's long spring and fall seasons.
Screen-to-Glass Conversions: Turn your screened porch into a three-season room with removable glass panels.
Pergolas & Pavilions: Define outdoor spaces with shade structures that add architectural interest.

Material Choices
Pressure-Treated Pine: Most affordable, requires regular sealing, 15-20 year lifespan with maintenance.
Cedar: Naturally rot-resistant, beautiful grain, weathers to gray if left natural. More expensive than PT.
Composite: Low maintenance, no splinters, consistent color. Higher upfront cost but less maintenance over time.
Exotic Hardwoods (Ipe, Cumaru): Extremely durable, beautiful, expensive. 40+ year lifespan.
Why Material Choice Matters
We'll help you think through the real cost of ownership. A pressure-treated deck costs less upfront but needs staining every 2-3 years. Composite costs more initially but you'll never stain it. Over 20 years, composite often costs less.
